If you would like to make a return, please contact me as soon as possible (details at the end).
Returns due to a change of mind can be made within 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and with all accompanying items returned. Any and all items that were sent with the work that are not returned may be deducted from any refund. If a Certificate of Authenticity was sent it should be returned at the same time as the refund will not be processed until it is received.
You will be emailed to confirm receipt of items and to confirm any refund and the amount.
If an artwork was created for you personally normally there is no return possible. However, if you are unhappy with the work then please contact me to discuss what and if anything can be done.
When the returned item(s) have been received and confirmed in good saleable condition, the refund will be processed accordingly. I expect this to be within 3 days, unless I am absent. The bank’s processing time is in addition, which can take up to 5 working days, but is obviously outside my control. If you haven’t received it after 8 days then contact me and I will look into it.
Please note that I am a sole trading artist. I cannot refund transport to you nor the return transport. If the work was damaged in transit, I will need photos for the claim and the transporter may require the damage to be written on the delivery receipt document.
