Celebration with a Ban Bourguignon at the end of the vendanges / grape harvest at Morey-Saint-Denis. Team Domaine Hubert Lignier.
A scene at the end of the ‘vendanges’ drawn in charcoal. It shows a traditional ‘ban bourguignon’ with hand claps being sung in the vines after the final grapes have been harvested.
This work had the owners and other workers all come to the vines to have a refreshement and celebrate with the harvesters. It is just before the group continue the celebrations around the village on decorated trucks.
Drawn on A3 recycled 160gsm Canson paper, with textured surface.
Available as an open edition print, printed on A4 size paper with margins, and now also as a limited edition print.
