I’m working on a new series of artworks called The Meet. They’re charcoal on stretched linen and each will depict a scene in which 2 people meet – hence the name of the series. Each meeting may be intended, unintended, felicitous, vexatious, sad, fleeting moments where the people don’t know each other, or even stalking. It is intended that the viewer adds their own back story to each occasion.
